Denver Art Museum
SAMURAI EXHIBITION CAMPAIGN CONCEPTS
Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller have the largest collection of samurai armor outside of Japan. When the Denver Art Museum was selected to feature this incredible private collection they needed a comprehensive ad campaign to let people know about the rare opportunity to see it in person. It was also important to inform the public that this was an art exhibit at the Denver Art Museum and not an anthropological exhibit at the Museum of Nature and Science.
I partnered with Jim Morrissey to create a robust multi-channel ad campaign that included a teaser campaign, print, radio, out-of-home, display, tv, video as well as unique guerilla promotion opportunities. We worked with the DAM’s internal team to refine the campaign concepts and created a comprehensive toolkit of opportunities that the creative team could execute against.
